Why do some people get sick and others not?
With all the fear right now around people actually being allowed to be near(er) each other again, have you ever stopped to wonder this question?
Why even within a family, who breathe the same air, eat the same food and live under the same roof, with similar genes you may find one person get sick more than the others?
Maybe this is because we’re looking at it all wrong? Maybe it isn’t the actual “germ” that dictates whether or not we get sick, but rather the internal environment of the host (you!).
Is it not time to start looking at our own bodies and HEALth for the cure of “disease” rather than fearing the next thing you may “catch” in the outside world.
It is time to start looking at keeping the rubbish dumps clean so we don’t attract flies, rather than fearing and swatting flies on a daily basis and wondering why they keep coming back.
Hugs and love, enjoy the beaches 🤙🏽
